Clean eating, Day 4

Friday
Day 4-
Breakfast-- egg white, soy sausage, whole grain toast, coffee
Lunch-Shakeology, skim milk
Dinner-salmon, a BUNCH of asparagus, multi-grain bread
Other- a two bite brownie.
My husband was cooking dinner and he came home with the most beautiful cut of wild salmon and fresh asparagus.  He also came home with the exact same cake I bought for the "soccer dinner" and a bunch of 2 bite brownies as a treat. Ugh. I was able to ignore the pumpkin cake but I could not resist having one of the brownies.  It was delicious.   At least it was small!


By the way, I am down 1.5 pounds.  Yea!

  1. Hey friends, I apologize for not being more consistent in my postings. Please forgive me. I had a couple of family issues come up that took me away from my regular routine. However, I am back! Let's do this.
